Accessibility Statement — AMATAR GmbH

Effective date: October 5, 2025

AMATAR GmbH is committed to making our digital content accessible to all users. We strive to follow recognized accessibility standards and best practices to ensure our website is usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.

Standards and scope
This site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as its reference framework and aims for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA where feasible. The statement applies to all public-facing pages and content that we create and maintain.

What we do to improve accessibility

  • Use semantic, standards-compliant HTML to support assistive technologies.

  • Provide meaningful alternative text for images and descriptive labels for form fields.

  • Ensure keyboard operability and logical tab order for navigation and interactive elements.

  • Implement visible focus indicators and “skip to content” mechanisms for keyboard users.

  • Apply accessible form markup (labels, instructions, error identification and suggestions).

  • Maintain color contrast that supports readability and scalable text for different zoom levels.

  • Supply captions or transcripts for audio and video content where produced by us.

  • Test pages using a combination of automated tools and manual checks across common browsers and assistive technologies.

  • Review and update content regularly as part of our maintenance process.

Limitations
Some third-party content or embedded items may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We actively work with vendors and update or replace components that do not meet accessibility expectations where possible.

How to report accessibility problems
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at: amatargmbh@gmail.com.
When reporting, include: the web page URL or page title, a description of the issue, the browser and device you used, and any assistive technology (screen reader, magnifier, etc.) involved. We will review reports and take appropriate action to address confirmed issues.

Legal rights
Where applicable, users retain their legal rights under relevant data protection and accessibility laws. This statement does not affect those rights.

Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continuously monitor, test, and update our content and technical implementation to improve usability for everyone.
